Job Advert Role Description

Our children's home is based in a semi rural area on the outskirts of Temple Normanton village near Chesterfield. We care for up to 3 young people aged 9-16+ years exhibiting Behavioural, Emotional, and Social Difficulties

This home tries to replicate a caring, family environment that provides the opportunities that will hopefully one day help our young people to lead positive and rewarding lives. we are looking for dedicated, caring and passionate people to support our Young People.

Previous experience of working with Young People who can exhibit challenging behaviours would be desirable. However, if you have the right personality we will support you to gain and develop the experience.  It is essential that applicants have either attained or are prepared to work towards Level 3 Diploma Residential Childcare qualification.

Please be advised that references may be requested prior to interview for roles within our schools.
