Life Works, part of Priory Group, is based in Woking, Surrey, and is a highly respected private rehabilitation centre, leading the way in the treatment of addictions, eating disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions.

Job Advert Role Description

The Enquires Co-ordinator is responsible admitting patients into treatment. This will be cross site working including Life Works and Woking Priory Hospital. 1 day per week you will be assigned to working for the Priory secondary eating disorder service, Arthur house and you will admit clients into treatment. The role is primarily to work with the clients to ensure that they understand the patient pathway and what the treatment programme entails. Whilst the role is to work with eating disorder patients predominantly, there will be occasions when you will need to work with addiction patients too and, on occasion, you may also be asked to cover the Priory Woking team in their admissions department.

The co-ordinator is the first point of contact for our Central Enquiries Team and your role will be to liaise with them when a new enquiry comes through and take ownership of the enquiry through to the outcome (treatment).

The co-ordinator will be expected to carry out formal pre-screenings with potential clients to gather background information on them and then liaise with the other relevant departments to establish whether the patient is suitable for treatment. If the patient is suitable for treatment then you will need to work with our clinical teams to ensure that the admission process is as straightforward and seamless as possible.

The co-ordinator is responsible for ensuring all insurance documents are completed in a timely manner and sent to Private Medical Insurers for approval. In addition, you will be pivotal in ensuring policies and procedures are all implemented and upheld.

The co-ordinator will also support the Admissions Manager with day to day administrative tasks, such as bed management, entries on Care Notes, collecting fees and completing admission paperwork.

As part of the role, you will also be required to keep Sales Force up-to-date with the enquiries you are working on (training will be given if required).
