About our schools:

Farleigh FE College is a residential Specialist College of Further Education for young people with Asperger’s Syndrome and associated disorders. We provide our learners opportunities to fulfil their academic potential by studying in mainstream FE Colleges and having the benefit of a broad range of courses, including A Levels.

Education is continued within the Farleigh residential setting with opportunities for sessions on literacy, numeracy and one to one sessions on independent living skills.


We are seeking a Speech and Language Therapist (Post 16 years) with a passionate and informed interest in ASD to join our team at Farleigh FE College.


You Will:

  • Work in close partnership with a diverse team of educational and care specialists, including our Occupational Therapist, Counsellors and Educational Psychologists, to deliver tailored support that meets the needs of each young person.
  • Including facilitating effective communication and both devising and implementing specific therapy programmes for groups and individuals using evidence-based and student-centred principles.


Due to the location of the role - a full, clean UK driving licence is preferred.


You will join a supportive and experienced team of dedicated education and support staff.


Full training and development will be provided along with a bespoke induction programme and the ability to network with Therapists across other Priory sites.

For all roles we require a minimum of two references.  References provided must cover the last 3 years, for all of our services we will need to request all references from where you have worked with either Children or Vulnerable Adults.
