Job Advert Role Description

Priory Hospital Dorking is a 21 bed rehabilitation and recovery service for women with complex mental health needs.

Our comprehensive multi-disciplinary team pride our selves on our ability to work both with enduring mental illness but also those who struggle with regulating emotions, acts of impulsivity and managing relationships.

The hospital is set in picturesque grounds overlooking the Surrey Hills and has extensive facilities including onsite Gym, Purpose Built OT Kitchen aswell as Occupational Facililties. You will also have free access to the onsite gym facilities.

 

We are looking for a HR and Finance Administrator with a track record for quality and innovation to join us.
 
The post holder will assist in the recruitment and selection process for site, along with carrying out all pre and post-employment checks to ensure that recruitment is legal and safe and meets regulatory standards. 

The post holder will will be responsible for arranging inductions for new staff and ensure that all staff are compliant in training. 
The role holder will also handle internal and external queries in relation to employment and conditions of service, administering company human resources policies and processes and maintaining records in line with statutory requirements.


The post holder will be in charge of the following financial aspects on site: payroll, auditing patients money, petty cash and invoice management.


To be successful as a HR and Finance Administrator, you’ll need: 

-Educated to A level or equivalent
- Excellent typing skills
- Confident with Microsoft packages
- Excellent communication skills  
-  Problem solving skills
- Able to organise and prioritise work load 

Desirable: 
- Previous experience of working within a Human resources environment
- CIPD qualified or equivalent
- Previous experience of working in a healthcare environment 
- A commitment to Continued Professional Development.
