The Floriss - New Addiction Service Opening September 2021

The Priory is returning to Brighton, and we are looking for Staff Nurse to open a new addiction service in September 2021. The service is called The Floriss at The Priory Brighton, and consists of 6 private addiction inpatient beds, for people wanting to undertake a 28 day addiction treatment programme. Integrated within the service will be a small Wellbeing Centre, with 6 consulting rooms and groups space, which will provide private outpatient treatment for adults with addiction and mental health issues. The building is undergoing a £1m refurbishment, and will provide leading addiction treatments within a beautiful environment, to aid recovery.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of  a new private service within walking distance of the beach, and be  part of growing a new type of service which combines an inpatient service with a wellbeing centre.

What you will bring

  • Registered nurse with active NMC PIN with 12 months post qualifying experience
  • Relevant clinical experience in substance misuse desirable 
  • Demonstrates a positive attitude and commitment to change, improvement and quality.
  • Ability to develop and use flexible and innovative approaches to practise.
  • Excellent verbal , interpersonal and written communication skills
