Job Advert Role Description

Our 5 bedroom children's home in Newbury are recruiting enthusiastic role models to join their team as a Waking Night Support Worker.

Set in a semi-rural location within four acres of beautifully mature grounds, our home is a comfortable and warm environment that supports the needs of children between the ages of 7-19 who have complex needs which include autistic spectrum disorder.  Children may also have challenging behaviour as a result of their communication difficulties and lack of social understanding. Our focus is to support our young people to develop their life skills and independence in a fun and nurturing way.

Within our safe, structured and predictable environment, residents will develop the skills needed to live as independently as possible, so that they are able to enjoy their lives and make real life choices as they reach adulthood.

Are you ready to make a real and lasting difference? Would you like to be part of a team committed to ensuring that our children and young people achieve their full potential?
