Job Advert Role Description

Unsted Park School are seeking to recruit enthusiastic and proactive individuals to provide a home from home experience for our boarders.

We would welcome motivated and dynamic people who work well in a close team to help guide our young people to achieve the best possible outcomes.  We strive to promote the highest levels of independence in all aspects of their lives.

By acting as a positive role model you will provide effective supervision for the young people to thrive and reach their full potential.

This role will suit professional individuals who are prepared to work flexibly in a vibrant, caring and supportive environment.

Previous experience of working within a special needs environment is desirable together with an NVQ3 or QCF Diploma Level 3 in relevant Care/Children & Young People related area (or willing to work towards this qualification). 

Hours: 07.30 to 16.00 and 14.00 to 22.30

For all roles we require a minimum of two references.  References provided must cover the last 3 years, for all of our services we will need to request all references from where you have worked with either Children or Vulnerable Adults. Please be advised that references may be requested prior to interview for roles within our schools.
