Job Advert Role Description

The Priory Hospital Church Village is a locked rehabilitation service, which provides treatment for adult females with a mild to moderate learning disability, who may also have a borderline personality disorder and associated mental health problems.

Due to our current administrator reducing her hours, we require an experienced administrator to work alongside and support in what is a very varied role. Responsibilities will include:

-Raising purchase orders using the company's purchase order system.
-Entering of rotas onto computerised rostering system
-Pulling weekly reports as required
-Handling of petty cash 
-Handling of patient monies
-HR administration including booking interviews, sending out HR related letters, maintaining personnel files.
In addition to the above you may at times be required to complete any other ad hoc tasks as requested by the Line Manager.  

You will have previous administrative experience and an ability to work on your own initiative and to tight deadlines.  Excellent written and verbal communication skills are important as well as the ability to articulate outcomes in writing.  You will have an exceptional attention to detail and excellent IT skills are essential including being fully conversant with Microsoft Office packages and having the ability to quickly become fully conversant with Priory systems. Healthcare is highly regulated, and you will be expected to adhere to all policies and regulatory requirements in order to remain high levels of compliance.
