Job Advert Role Description

We are  looking for a resourcing professional who can operate in a fast paced, quality driven environment.

The Nurse Resourcer will work as part of the wider Nurse Recruitment team within the Healthcare division to support sites with Nurse applications, telephone screening, interviewing & making offers to candidates. You will support the healthcare candidate attraction and recruitment strategy via progressing the application of Nurses.

The role will be part of the wider Healthcare recruitment team and be targeted to ensure candidates move swiftly from offer to onboarding to induction.

You will support the Healthcare candidate attraction and recruitment strategy by liaising with candidates and facilitating them through the recruitment process. You will be the candidates main point of contact from application to start date. This will include;

  • Conducting Telephone interviews
  • Arranging Face to Face Interviews and Assessment Centre's
  • Obtaining Candidate Feedback
  • Generating employment contracts
  • Completing on boarding checks such as DBS & References.
