Job Advert Role Description

Beverley House is a 24-bedded rehabilitation hospital for women over the age of 18, situated in the heart of the community in Birmingham.

Patients admitted to Beverley House may be informal or detained under the Mental Health Act with a primary diagnosis of mental illness and personality disorder with complex needs.

We are looking for an experienced Housekeepr. As part of our housekeeping team you will provide all general cleaning duties required to provide a clean, tidy, attractive and safe environment.


To follow a cleaning timetable, but to be flexible in this when circumstances require and to perform any other duties as and when required. You will be expected to work weekends on a rota basis. In your role you will have contact with patients.

•           Education to GCSE Standard or equivalent

•           NVQ or equivalent would be an advantage.

•           Previous experience of healthcare in a similar setting would be an advantage
