About the role :

Life Works is part of the Priory Group and is a private 21 bedded non-acute short stay residential addiction, eating disorder and behavioural health hospital in Old Woking, Surrey

The Charge Nurse will take an active role in management of the Hospital, under the supervision of the Director of Clinical Services, The role holder will be expected to participate fully with the clinical team and undertake direct patient care. The candidate will be supervising other staff nurses and experience of this is essential. Life Works prides itself on all our nurses delivering care, compassion and empathy. They must have the ability to lead and motivate others. Must be flexible, enthusiastic and self-motivated.

The post holder will provide an efficient and professional service ensuring the best possible standards of care at all times complying with all statutory requirements and following Priory policies and procedures.
