Job Advert Role Description

We have an exciting opportunity for a Resourcing Business Partner to join the team on a full time 12 month contract. Reporting to the HR Director, the Resourcing Business Partner will support the recruitment strategy by advising Site Managers and the Senior Management Team on recruitment matters, with a focus on high vacancies or high agency use sites. The Resourcing team within Priory Healthcare sits within the HR function, and acts as a Centre of Excellence by supporting and advising the business on all areas of candidate attraction and selection. The team works very closely with their divisional colleagues to offer a seamless recruitment service that helps attract and retain the very best candidates.

Resourcing Business Partner duties include but are not limited to

  • Providing best practice guidance and support to operational teams including expertise in relation to innovative resourcing techniques and attraction methods.
  • Support sites with their annual recruitment
  • Support the division in achieving key resourcing KPI’s including time to offer targets
  • Empower recruiting managers to enhance the Priory Group brand via the candidate experience
  • Provides guidance and support to sites on the use of Harbour (ATS) to pro-actively manage candidate experience and activity
  • Dedicated to the use of social media for advertising, developing employer brand, sourcing and reaching online communities
  • Manages national job fairs and divisional open days, provides management information as follow up and provides guidance to sites on establishing local open days
  • Responsible for the production of relevant management information in a consistent and timely manner
  • Continuously monitor recruitment activity to track progress against recruitment plans and advise on most appropriate course of action accordingly
  • Look externally in order to stay ahead of the curve in respect to the recruitment landscape including challenging the status quo and making recommendations that will lead to improved performance
  • Understanding of latest recruitment technologies, online job seeker behaviour, attraction platforms and digital influences

What we’d like from the Resourcing Business Partner

  • Previous experience of sourcing directly within a healthcare business or agency
  • Demonstrable success in proactively engaging with job seekers
  • Understanding of digital recruitment solutions and job seeker behaviour
  • Fluent in the use of social media & LinkedIn as a recruitment tool
  • Ability to build and engage online communities
  • An established network of contacts within the industry
  • Credible commercial and business acumen
  • Excellent stakeholder & relationship management
