Job Advert Role Description

We are currently looking for a Support Worker to join our team at The Croft in Diss, Norfolk.

The Croft is a small, friendly 8-bedded residential home supporting adults with Learning disabilities in their home and community in the centre of Diss.

We are looking for a motivated person to join our existing friendly, successful staff team to help us continue to have a positive impact in our resident's lives. You will support adults with learning disabilities in their home and within the community with the help, direction and support from The Senior Staff in charge. Reliability is essential.

Our ideal support worker will:

  • Be reliable, friendly and caring to help our residents achieve their everyday goals (including personal care)
  • Be able to support in house activities and hobbies
  • Be attentive and inspire our residents to achieve more!
