Job Advert Role Description

Newcombe Lodge is an 8 bed childrens home that provides care to 13 - 18 year old young women.

Our aim here at Newcombe Lodge is to ensure that the Children and Young people we invest in have the best residential experience in a homely environment. Care here is individually tailored and we aim to make the experience as positive and beneficial as possible. We work hard to meet individual needs and truly invest in our Children and Young people’s future.  

To take responsibility for Self-Harm service at Newcombe  Lodge, and the young people and staff therein, as part of therapeutic and care services run by Partnerships in Care 1 in the Priory health division. 
To complete registration with both CQC and Ofsted as Newcombe Lodge is a dual registered home. 
To work under the direction of the Services Director.
To also work closely with the Services Director on all matters pertinent to the home, its staff and clients.
To take responsibility for the day to day management of the homes finances (including staff costs and other home based expenditure).
To take responsibility for (in conjunction with the Services Director and Operational Lead for meeting income targets.  Ensure the home remains at optimum occupancy levels, undertaking responsibility for assessments and admissions.
