WE ARE LOOKING FOR TALENTED PEOPLE LIKE YOU!!

Knowing that you’re making a difference to people’s lives is rewarding in itself. But our many roles offer much more than that. As well as helping you grow and develop your talent, we want you to feel proud of where you work and what you do.

Job Advert Role Description

Priory Brain Injury Services (PBIS) provide specialised care pathways within the Priory for people with acquired brain injury (ABI) and PNC. PBIS has been successfully delivering neurobehavioural rehabilitation and making a positive difference to people’s lives since 1985 to people with ABI, whose challenging behaviour prevents attainment of their maximum rehabilitation potential and personal autonomy.

Grafton Manor has 25 beds across 4 units including inpatient rehabilitation, transitional rehabilitation and community houses. It can admit informal patients or those managed within Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards. Many of our residents have complex needs including dysphagia requiring the support of a motivated and positive speech and language therapist. The SLT forms an integral part of the TDT and leads on assessment and treatment delivery for all of the residents with the support of the wider therapy team and therapy assistants.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Band 7 Speech and Language Therapist for Grafton Manor. This role is an exciting role supporting the clinical development of the site, working closely with the TDT and teaching and educating the team.
