Priory Connect Remote CBT Therapist/Integrative Therapist

Key candidate requirements:

Qualification from a Post Graduate Diploma CBT training course/ Minimum Level 5 Diploma in Counselling/Psychotherapy training course
Have accreditation with the BABCP/BACP/UKCP/NCS (Prof Accred), BPC or HCPC
Experience of delivering remote therapy for common mental health problems
Demonstrate ability to provide treatment is in line with NICE guidelines and evidence-based practice
Good understanding of issues surrounding clinical risk and risk management plans
Have in place and attend monthly clinical supervision (aligned with your therapy modality) and use effectively
Significant experience working as a therapy practitioner and demonstrating the competences as required
Experience of working in mental health services
Ability to meet agreed/specified service targets
Ability to manage own caseload and time
Demonstrates high standards in written communication
Able to write clear reports and letters to referrers and MDT
Able to develop a good therapeutic relationship with clients
Basic understanding of service contracts and performance targets and of the importance of recording activity
Good record of Continuing Professional Development and willingness to continue this
High level of enthusiasm and motivation
Advanced communication skills
