Deputy Manager - Nurse Registered

Are you a passionate registered nurse looking to take the next step in your career? Or are you an experienced Deputy Manager looking for a new challenge?

The priory group is currently looking for a Nurse Registered Deputy Manager to join our facility in Gainsborough.  Blyton Court is an 18 bedded nursing home for people with high dependency physical and learning disabilities. As Deputy Manager your main role will be, to support the Registered Manager in maintaining policy & procedures in line with our regulatory bodies.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced PIN registered nurse to take the next step and become Deputy Manager and Clinical Lead for our nurse and care staff team. Our Team provides nursing and care support for adults who do not require hospital based treatment, but still need nursing care and support.  We encourage residents to fully engage with their life and to take as much control as possible.  We like to make positive outcomes a reality for everyone, regardless of age or presumed ability.  Blyton Court is rated Good by CQC in all areas. 

To support the Registered Manager in maintaining policy & procedures in line with our regulatory bodies. The successful candidate will take pride in providing the highest standards of care to all residents and manage the Service to the highest standards and be clinically strong.  The successful candidate will be required to line manage a team of staff and have knowledge, understanding and experience of relevant legislation ensuring they comply with the requirements of CQC and other statutory regulators.
