Priory Group is the leading independent provider of behavioural care. We are organised into Operational divisions.

These are supported by a Central Services Division which is where this role sits reporting to the Director of Learning & Development.

This role is will based a minimum 2 days a week at our People Team Office in Leicester with flexible remote working. There will be the occasional requirement to travel to the other Central Services Offices.

Job Advert Role Description

The HR Manager will support the forward planning, management and delivery of group- wide people strategy projects to instigate business change. They will work closely with the divisional HRD’s, Senior Management and Line Managers to ensure the Central HR Team provide expert guidance and advice on a variety of HR matters.

The ideal candidate will have HR Management experience, ideally gained in the Healthcare or Social Care sector and they will be a CIPD Chartered member, or have similar experience. They will be driven and ambitious, and have excellent communication and organisation skills.
