Deputy Manager - Nurse Registered

Are you a passionate registered nurse looking to take the next step in your career? Or are you an experienced Deputy Manager looking for a new challenge?

The priory group is currently looking for a Nurse Registered (RGN/RMN) Deputy Manager to join our facility in Thringstone, Leicestershire. The Meadows is a purpose built care home designed for older people requiring residential and nursing care. Situated in Thringstone, Coalville, Leicestershire, the home offers a modern recently refurbished supportive environment with single bedrooms and comfortable lounge areas and spacious dining rooms. Our dedicated team ensure we meet the resident’s individual care and social needs

The successful candidate will take pride in providing the highest standards of care to all residents and help manage the Service to the highest standards and be clinically strong. As deputy manager you will be required to line manage a team of staff and have knowledge, understanding and experience of relevant legislation ensuring they comply with the requirements of CQC and other statutory regulators.

To be considered for the role, you must be NMC registered and have some experience in a similar role.

Experience in a similar role/environment would be beneficial, however Priory are keen to hear from anyone with the enthusiasm, skill and potential to succeed in this role or a similar one within priory.
