Job Advert Role Description

Priory Healthcare is the UK’s leading provider of private mental health care. We have an outstanding reputation both for the service we deliver and for the investment we make in our people and in our environment. We currently have 1 vacancy for a Senior HCA on our NHS CAMHS Service Lower Court. 

To be considered for this role you need to be flexible, enthusiastic and self motivated with a minimum of 6 months experience in healthcare.

Person specification:

•           NVQ Level 2, equivalent or above or be willing to progress towards taking NVQ Level 2

•           Proven competency in CPA meetings and ward rounds

•           Fully compliant with mandatory training and Foundations for Growth

Key Accountabilities:

•           Assist qualified staff with assessment and implementation of patient care plans.

-            Completion of MDT summaries and leadership in allocated lead roles.

•           Teach and support other HCAs in their development.

-             Acting as co-worker for allocated patients.

•           To undertake specific tasks as stated.

•           To be willing to source further training to improve capabilities for self and staff team..
