Job Advert Role Description
We are seeking a Residential Support Worker to join our children's home in Irvine.
Our Residential Support Workers develop positive relationships with our young people and support them in their daily practices as they work towards positive outcomes.
The successful candidate will also assist the GIRFEC Senior Practitioners and Residential Services Manager in the care planning process and in achieving our high quality standards. You will ensure that your practice complies with policy and procedure and are in line with regulatory, statutory and compliance requirements and meet quality standards.
Candidates must:-
- Hold a current UK driving licence
- Be working towards or completed the HNC Social Care / SVQ 3 which is a minimum requirement
- Be required to register with the Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC) if your application is successful.
