Broadview is part of Priory Education, one of the UK’s leading providers of children's homes, schools and colleges for young people with complex needs. A five bedroom children's home providing care and support for children and young people with a diagnosis of ASD and learning difficulties.  Children may also have challenging behaviour as a result of their communication difficulties and lack of social understanding.

If so, the role of Night Waking Officer could be right for you.

As a Night Waking Officer you will have responsibility to ensure that the children and young people in your care are safe.

This is a waking night (3 nights), 52 week post to work a Thursday, Friday and Saturday night.  It requires staff to be alert and observant at all times. In addition to regular checks on the children and young people you will be assigned additional tasks which might include administration and laundry.

•           Previous experience in a special needs environment would be desirable but not essential as full training will be given to candidates who can demonstrate that they possess the skills required to be successful and a desire to learn
