We aim to provide a nurturing and stable environment to the young people placed within the home in an understanding appropriate support.

We require a Residential Support Worker to join our team. A car driver is essential for this position due to the location of the home.

You will be a key member of our team providing high standards of person-centred support and care to our young people throughout their day-to-day life.  Through a creative and caring approach you will build good relationships with both students and their families, supporting them in living as independently as possible.

A family is 24/7 and so are we. We use a rota system to ensure the young people in our home get the care they need.

Our shifts are doubles working 08:00 - 23:00 + sleep 07:30 - 23:00.

Includes working some weekend and bank holidays.

A Level 3 Residential Childcare qualification is desirable but not essential for this role (we can support with the training of this).  Successful applicants will ideally have previous experience of working with young people with challenging behaviour.

  • Priory Group Pension
  • Travel Insurance
  • Dental Insurance
