Hill House is an eight bedded residential home for adults with severe learning difficulties and challenging behaviour of both sexes located a short distance from Norwich between the towns of Diss and Long Stratton. We have an exciting opportunity for a Deputy Manager to support the Home Manager at Hill House.The successful candidate will support the Home Manager in ensuring that the home is maintained in accordance with our regulatory bodies. The role holder will show a willlingness to manage the senior team to ensure high standards of care and service are achieved within the home to regulatory standards. The successful candidate will support the Home Manager in managing resources to ensure sales and profits are maximised. 

The role holder will require a good understanding of, and be able to use IT equipment and systems for payroll, recruitment and quality for which training is provided. An understanding of regulatory requirements of CQC registration, health and safety, fire regulations and safeguarding. Contribute to providing a supportive, homely environment which is safe, comfortable, warm, friendly and pleasing domestic home, taking into account residents’ wishes and needs. Understand and implement Priory Group Policies and Procedures and provide continuity in the Registered Home Manager's absence.
