Job Advert Role Description
Our Children’s Home situated in Ross on Wye are seeking a permanent full-time Residential Support Worker to help our young people to achieve their full potential.

Our Residential Support Workers are key members of our team, providing high standards of person-centred support and care to our young people. Through a warm, welcoming and relaxed approached within a structured environment, you will encourage our young people to develop social, educational and practical skills to lead a fulfilling life set in beautiful surroundings.
The successful applicant will ideally have previous experience of working with young people with challenging behaviour. Due to the rural location of our home, you will need to hold a full driving license.
Our home uses a rota system to ensure the young people in our home get the care they need and this may include working some weekends and bank holidays.

Week 1: Monday & Thursday
Week 2: Wednesday, Saturday & Sunday
Week 3: Tuesday & Friday
