Job Advert Role Description

We are currently looking to recruit Support Workers into a brand new supported living service to assist the life of a young lady who is moving on from hospital into her new home. We are looking for a new team to help her establish her new life and pursue her interests in a structured way. 

Our ideal support worker will:

• Have strong personality traits and not afraid to set boundaries
• Be reliable, friendly and patient even when they have heard a story many times.
• Be confident and calm when faced with challenges of high anxiety 
• Enjoy watching sport on TV  especially cricket as the lady loves to keep the score
• Like to play cards, notably Bridge or willing to learn.
• Help  maintain a home and all the tasks associated
