he Priory Hospital – Altrincham is a 56 bedded hospital and is part of the Priory Group, leading provider of specialist treatment in mental health. The hospital has an established reputation for providing the highest standards of care together with an extensive range of clinical services and is a principle provider to the NHS in the north of England, focussing on positive holistic outcomes through full service provision.
The hospital offers inpatient treatment for up to 56 service users as well as day care and outpatient services. We provide treatment for the following services:
Adolescent eating disorders
Adult acute mental health
Addictions services
Our highly experienced multi-disciplinary team deliver personalised treatment programmes alongside the use of a wide range of therapies.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a qualified CBT Therapist to join our team who presently provide therapy on a group and individual basis. Candidates will have a recognised post graduate diploma in CBT theory and practice. BABCP membership and accreditation or working towards this is essential.
Candidates will:
Be interested in dynamic therapy with clients who are motivated to change.
Have experience of and actively use DBT skills & techniques
Provide high quality interventions in accordance with NICE guidance
Be an inspirational collaborator with excellent communication skills
Have previous experience in the area of acute mental health
Be skilled in the facilitation of a range of group interventions.
Be an accredited CBT therapist or working towards accreditation
