Job Advert Role Description

Primarily based at our site in Northwold, we currently have a vacancy within the Regional Maintenance Team for a full time experienced Maintenance Assistant.

The role of the Regional Maintenance Team is to ensure that the quality and appearance of our sites, across the region, are maintained to the highest possible standards which help support the needs of our services users, families and staff.  

This is a varied role, so the successful candidate must be able to multitask to ensure both reactive and planned maintenance work is facilitated effectively across the region. 

In addition we are looking for an organised, self-motivated, enthusiastic individual with excellent communication skills who has previous maintenance experience enabling the team to provide an efficient, professional and high quality maintenance service which ensures business processes are effectively managed.

The Business Support Hub provides services to assist all sites within the Priory’s Eastern Region, both Education and Residential.  Each site offers integrated programmes of either education or care for young people with social, emotional and mental health difficulties, compounded by complex disorders including autism.

For all roles we require a minimum of two references.  References provided must cover the last 3 years, for all of our services we will need to request all references from where you have worked with either Children or Vulnerable Adults. Please be advised that references may be requested prior to interview for roles within our schools.
