Job Advert Role Description

Blair House is a 27 bedded Residential Home with Nursing Care for people with Learning Disabilities in a the picturesque village of Billinghay.

We are looking for a part time  cook to work within a 27 bed residential and nursing home supporting people with Learning Disabilities. You will be required to provide both hot and cold meals for all residents, being actively involved with the residents on menu planning and the preparation of food to meet all the needs of the residents. 

The responsibilities in the kitchen include:

• Ensuring all documentation is completed and maintained to ensure all standards are met
• Ordering and storing of all food products according to current legislation
• The health and safety of the kitchen areas, ensuring the kitchen is maintained to a high standard. We currently have a five star rating
