Job Advert Role Description
Life Works is a exclusive private residential treatment facility for the treatment of addictions and eating disorders. Based in Old Woking, Surrey, Life Works operates from a stunning Grade II listed Georgian manor house providing compassionate, quality and effective care it is a 21 bed non acute facility the provides a safe, confidential, warm and nurturing environment to assist clients on their path to recovery.
We are looking for a Receptionist who will also be a Site Learning Administrator who will coordinate and support managers with compulsory staff training. They will join our team at Lifeworks on a full time basis Monday to Friday 9 to 5 They will be making and receiving telephone calls, handling and re-directing them with potential for handling confidential information. The receptionist will book in and check out visitors, they will greet all visitors and patients in a friendly and helpful manner. The requirement of a Site Learning Administrator is to co-ordinate and monitor the implementation of strategic learning initiatives in liaison with the central learning and development team, line managers and approved training providers, ensuring training is delivered in accordance with company policy and statuary regulations. Experience within a relevant training or administrative environment where the role holder has been responsible for specific business process requiring high organisational skills it vital for this role .
