Are you a caring and creative person who is passionate about making a real difference to someone’s life? We are and we are currently looking for a Senior Support Worker to join our team at Julians House in Stevenage.  

Julians House is a seven bed residential specialist service for adults with Autism and behaviours that challenge. It is a fun, action packed house in which the individuals are supported to live as independently as possible and are supported with life skills and activities within the home and community.

As a Senior Support Worker you will provide the highest standard of person centred support and care to the people who use our service, maintaining dignity and respect, enabling them to lead as independent lives as possible and realise their potential. You will ensure the service complies with corporate policy and local procedures, statutory regulations and quality standards through your own actions and behaviours, and through the effective supervision of Support Workers, 

Previous experience as a Support Worker or Care Assistant would be beneficial.
