With community-based residential care settings, as well as a network of supported living services, we support adults over the age of 18 with autism, dementia, learning disabilities, mental health conditions, Prader-Willi Syndrome (PWS) and behaviours that challenge. We also offer a range of residential and nursing care settings for older people with varying levels of need.

Combs Court comprises of three separate homes, 8 self contained flats which provide assessment and support for adults living with a primary learning disability diagnosis.  There is ground floor accommodation and adapted equipment as required by individual needs.

Job Advert Role Description

We are currently looking for a Bank Administrator to join our team at Combs Court in Stowmarket. 

Combs Court offers 24/7 specialist residential care in a community setting for up to 29 adults who have learning disabilities, Autism, Mental Health issues, behaviors that challenge and associated health issues. 

• Undertake the full remit of recruitment administration in conjunction with the Service Manager and the Central Resourcing Team to ensure that candidates move successfully through the recruitment lifecycle.

• Process expenses, orders, raise cheques, deal with suppliers on a regular basis.

• The post holder will be responsible for petty cash reconciliation and dealing with client monies.

• The post holder will deal with incoming queries to the service and must have excellent customer service skills.

• Undertake preparation for meetings and take minutes at meetings as requested.

• Support the Service Manager and wider Service with Administration such as letters, memos, email communications.

• Undertake diary management.

• Any other duties requested by the Service Manager. Provides efficient and effective administrative and secretarial support to the home, including document and report production, telephone enquiries, diary management, and greeting visitors and other administrative tasks as appropriate.
