40 hours per week (12 hour shifts, 7 nights over 14)

Job Advert Role Description

We are currently recruiting for Night Residential Support Workers to join our growing family at our children's home in Irvine, part of Aspire Scotland.

Our Night Residential Support Workers develop positive relationships with our young people and support them throughout the night,

Our Night Residential Support Worker duties include:-

  • Supporting the young people throughout the night
  • Ensuring all aspects of housekeeping are completed
  • Updating care plans
  • Report writing
  • Preparing snacks and drinks.

Candidates must:-

  • Hold a current UK driving licence
  • Be working towards or completed the HNC Social Care / SVQ 3 which is a minimum requirement
  • Be required to register with the Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC) if your application is successful.
