Job Advert Role Description

The Priory Hospital Glasgow is Scotland's leading independent Acute Psychiatric Hospital.  We have a range of services including General Adult Psychiatry, Addictions and Eating Disorders

We are looking for a qualified CBT Therapist to provide both personal leadership and support the necessary enquiry controls for the Acute General Therapy Services Team.  In addition, the successful candidate will undertake both 1:1 Therapy and group work, working with both inpatients and outpatients.

 

This is a full-time post, based at The Priory Hospital Glasgow.  Previous experience of working in a fast paced therapy environment is desirable and supervision and support will be provided. 

 

Requirements include the ability to support a team of Therapists and work effectively with the multidisciplinary team.

 

Membership of a professional body is essential and Accreditation with BABCP is desirable.

 

 

As an independent Acute Psychiatric Hospital we can offer you the opportunity to develop your skills in a supportive environment and in-house training opportunities are provided for staff at all levels.
