Registered Care Home Manager – Up To £35,000 per annum – Full Time

At Woodthorpe Lodge near Chesterfield, we support up to eight people who have Learning Disabilities and Mental Health needs helping to improve their independence within a supported environment and changing their world for the better.

We work in social care to help people to achieve their goals through supporting them to access training, volunteering and employment opportunities. Individuals are supported to engage in their local community and to learn and practice new skills in a supported environment.

We are looking for a Care Home Manger who is:

  • Experienced as a Registered Care Home Manager within a residential setting
  • Committed to supporting people to live lifestyles of their choosing
  • Has broad experience in social care of managing people, services and quality within a Complex Care Residential Setting
  • Demonstrates positive values
  • Able to promote and maintain independence, choice and respect
  • Holds a QCF 5 in Health and Social Care or be willing to work towards
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills and the ability to work on own initiative
  • Good awareness of CQC legislation, changes and best practice
  • Passionate about exceeding standards and achieving the best results for people supported
