With community-based residential care settings, as well as a network of supported living services, we support people with autism, learning disabilities, mental health conditions, Prader-Willi Syndrome and complex behaviours. We also offer a range of residential and nursing care settings for older people with varying levels of need.

Job Advert Location Description

Abbey Court Care Home is located in a residential area of Bourne in Lincolnshire and is ideally situated for public transport links. The home is purpose-built and has 88 beds over two floors and provides general and dementia nursing care. Communal areas include dining rooms, lounges and a hairdressing salon.

Job Advert Role Description

Dedicated to undertaking the management of supporting people with dementia, Alzheimer’s and other complex needs, you must be an experienced manager of residential care, your team will support service users in your care to achieve their goals in life and will actively seek out opportunities for them to develop their skills and confidence through a variety of staff involvement, activities and other initiatives.

Committed to quality assurance, you will effectively lead and inspire your team to provide the highest quality person-centred support and care. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering best practice in social care whilst continually developing the service. You will have the opportunity to use your skills in an environment where the effective management of people and processes will be critical to the services success.
