Priory Adult Care is the UK’s leading independent provider of specialist adult care services. Our aim is to provide the right support in the right home for all the individuals we accommodate.

Our 'Supporting You' services provides support for people with Autism/Learning Disabilities/Mental Health Conditions in their own homes. The service specialises in a positive outcomes approach to help our Service Users achieve their life goals. 

We are looking for somebody with the drive to take us forward, to help us develop and grow our already 'Good' supported living services - and potentially develop new ones! 

Job Advert Location Description

The new General Manager will be based in our regional office in North East Lincolnshire, but will be expected to travel to our services to assist, monitor & develop the staff teams. 


Job Advert Role Description

We are looking for a positive, energetic, compassionate and proactive individual to continue lead our team on the ground to support our service users.

They will need to work consistently within the wider multi disciplinary team to produce specific guidelines and care plans to enable our residents to have as good a quality of life as they possibly can. The General Manager will work directly with service users, mentoring and supervising the support team and auditing quality as well as office based tasks.

Previous experience in similar setting at a Manager (or Deputy Manager) level is required. Previous Supported Living experience is preferred.
