Job Advert Role Description

We are looking for an Assistant Head Teacher to support the Head Teacher and Deputy and be a valuable part of the Senior Leadership Team.

You will be a qualified teacher with a minimum of 5 years experience, preferably within experience in SEN who is looking for career development into senior management from a position of middle management or with existing experience in a similar role.

This role will encompass a 0.5 teaching commitment so you will need to be a dedicated and inspirational SEN teacher with proven track records in achieving high standards of quality with excellent classroom practice, have significant experience of using recognised and appropriate teaching strategies for this group of learners, be a professional with vision, creativity and enthusiasm who will contribute to the development of the school and have excellent communication skills.
