Are you a passionate and experienced Deputy Manager looking for a new challenge?

Priory Adult Care is currently looking for an experienced Deputy Manager to join our service Ravenlea in Folkestone, Kent. 

Ravenlea is a residential home accommodating up to 7 residents living with learning disabilities or autistic spectrum disorder. Some of our residents have additional health concerns such as epilepsy and diabetes.

The care service has been developed and designed in line with the values that underpin the 'Registering the Right Support' and other best practice guidance. These values include choice, promotion of independence and inclusion. People with learning disabilities and autism using the service can live as ordinary a life as any citizen.

As the Deputy Manager you will have previous experience working in a deputy manager position with knowledge and experience in the requirements of the service users.

As a Deputy Manager you will be working alongside the Registered Manager and will be required to assist with the line management of a team of staff and have knowledge, understanding and experience of relevant legislation ensuring they comply with the requirements of CQC and other statutory regulators. As Deputy Manager you will take pride in providing the highest standards of care to all residents and manage the service to the highest standards, ensuring the people who use our services can be supported to live as independently as possible and achieve their goals.
