We have an exciting opportunity for an Academy/LMS  Coordinator to join the Learning and Development team and support our growing business.

Reporting to the Academy Manager, the Academy/LMS  Coordinator will play a vital role in supporting with system development and the creation of new learning content. The ideal candidate will be able to learn to navigate a new system easily and use their initiative to problem-solve, offering creative solutions to any system-related learning challenges.

This role is based at our People Team office in Leicester ; however it will initially be a remote role due to covid-19.

Academy/LMS  Coordinator duties include but are not limited to:

  • Creating new learning content, using Zoom (or authoring tools such as Captivate)
  • Support with project work for new development, including the mapping and scoping of new training models and changes to the system functionality
  • Work with third party suppliers and our internal Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to update existing modules and create new eLearning 
  • Deliver system training on a wide variety of topics
  • Support with technical queries around system functionality and eLearning
  • Upskill the wider L&D team on new development

What we would like from the Academy/LMS  Coordinator:

  • Experience within an IT or customer services organisation would be preferable 
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Enthusiasm for creating high-quality learning solutions
  • Experience using Microsoft office, in particular this role requires advanced Excel skills
  • Flexible and forward-thinking 
  • Excellent communication skills
