Job Advert Role Description

We are seeking a Senior GIRFEC Practitioner to join our specialist children's home in Irvine. 

Due to this expansion we are looking for the prominent post of Senior Practitioner to assist with the management of day to day operations within our services.  Fundamental to your role will be the engagement in, and management of, each child’s plan and ensuring these plans are managed with the highest standards of care and professionalism.

The Senior Practitioner will work alongside the Residential Services Manager to instil our team with the vision and values and ensure the organisation continues to achieve its desired quality standards.  You will build relationships with the children and young people and be a driving force in their journey towards achieving positive outcomes.

The successful candidate will be fully SSSC registered and hold the relevant qualifications at degree level or managerial level.
