Job Advert Role Description

We are looking to recruit dedicated staff to join our support services team.  We support young people with Asperger's syndrome and associated complex needs.  We want support workers who will inspire and guide our young people to their personal best.  

Our Support Workers roles are based at one of our children's homes in Frome, Trowbridge and Shepton Mallet which are closely linked to Farleigh Further Education College.

As a Support Worker you will:

  • Be a key member of our team, providing high standards of person-centred care
  • Through a creative and caring approach, you will build good relationships with both young people and their families
  • Provide personal care and participate in activities.

This role requires individuals to work flexibly.  We currently have a variety of shifts available covering day, night, early, late and weekend shifts which can be discussed at interview stage.

For all roles we require a minimum of two references.  References provided must cover the last 3 years, for all of our services we will need to request all references from where you have worked with either Children or Vulnerable Adults. Please be advised that references may be requested prior to interview for roles within our schools.
