Job Advert Role Description

The Priory Highbank Centre provides specialist slow stream rehabilitation  services to adults and children with brain injury and complex mental health difficulties and is part of the Priory Group.

The successful candidate must be able to work collaboratively with other members of the team and also on his/her own initiative to manage a busy workload to ensure deadlines are met. Reporting to the Admin Manager, the job holder will work as part of a team providing a comprehensive HR service to the Hospital.


The job holder must be able to work collaboratively with his or her colleagues and also on his/her own initiative to manage a busy workload to ensure deadlines are met. Flexible and a good team player, you will have the desire to provide an excellent service to managers.


You will be experienced in working in all aspects of HR: you will provide strong administration to the Hospital in line with HR policy and procedure and ensures consistency of approach across the site.


Previous experience of working within a HR team is required, with experience of managing high volumes of workload.  Proficiency in the use of Microsoft packages is essential, as are good interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality.


The successful candidate will be required to apply for a disclosure at the enhanced level from the Disclosure & Barring Services, which will be paid for by the Priory.
