Job Advert Role Description

Our Children's home situated in Little Malvern are currently seeking a Registered Manager to join their family.  This exciting opportunity within our Senior Management Team will support up to three children who have complex needs which may include autistic spectrum disorder with Social, Emotional and Behavioural difficulties.

This position will attract a welcome bonus of £1,000 (terms and conditions apply).

As an Ofsted Registered Manager for our Children's home in Little Malvern, Worcestershire, you will take complete responsibility for the running of the service provision.  The successful candidate will maintain and improve on the already high standards in the home in line with the company's expectations.

You'll be providing leadership, support and direction for the well-established care team and champion the Company’s ethos.  Working with professionals from a wide range of different disciplines, liaising with outside agencies and stakeholders, you will demonstrate professionalism and act as a role model for staff.

Whilst this role does offer challenges, it also delivers a personal achievement when you are able to help our young people to lead lives that are fulfilled, full of opportunities and aspirational.

The successful applicant will need to have had a wide range of experience as a child care practitioner having managed teams in a residential setting.  A Level 5 Diploma / DipSW qualifications or equivalent are essential to this role.

Due to the nature of the role a full driving licence is required.
