With community-based residential care settings, as well as a network of supported living services, we support adults over the age of 18 with autism, dementia, learning disabilities, mental health conditions, Prader-Willi Syndrome (PWS) and behaviours that challenge. We also offer a range of residential and nursing care settings for older people with varying levels of need.

Job Advert Location Description

Eden Court is a care home designed for 38 older people requiring residential and nursing care.

Situated in Birkenshaw, Bradford, the home offers a modern and supportive environment with en suite bedrooms and comfortable lounge areas. Our dedicated team ensure we meet the resident’s individual care and social needs. We strongly believe in person centred cares and you will be key to respond to relatives queries.

As part time administrator, you will work Thursdays and Fridays. You will work closely with our senior administrator and home manager regarding payroll, ordering, archiving.

Job Advert Role Description

Provide an efficient, professional and effective administrative and/or secretarial support within a Priory unit.

1. Provides efficient and effective administrative and/or secretarial support to an individual or a department, including document and report production, telephone enquiries, diary management, meeting and greeting visitors and other administrative tasks as appropriate.
2. Handles external and internal enquiries, recognising the level of importance of particular enquiries or issues and applying the appropriate prioritisation. Passes issues and enquiries on for appropriate action to ensure the highest level of service.
3. Ensures that all information and documentation is correctly processed in line with policies and procedures in order that regulatory, statutory, compliance and financial requirements are met. Maintains the audit trail ensuring up to date and accurate information can be provided or accessed as required.
4. Updates central and local database systems, ensuring accuracy of all data input.
5. Ensures the effective operation of delegated administrative processes and procedures.
