Job Advert Role Description

We are looking for a Support Workers for our children's home in Rugeley.

Our Support Worker, you will be responsible for the care, welfare and safety of the young people during their shifts, we currently have days and weekend roles available.  This role will also involve personal care. 

All of our young people have autism and this can present with very challenging behaviours.  Shifts are worked on a 3 week rolling rota to ensure a support throughout the day for our young people. 

Due to the location of our premises, having the use of a car would be beneficial. This is a physically demanding role. We undertake enhanced DBS checks and we are committed to the safeguarding and welfare of our young people and expect our employees to share this commitment.
