Job Advert Role Description

The role of Senior Support Worker at Beach House is very rewarding and we support our service user's in every aspect of their life. Staff work three long days one week and four long days on the second week on a 42 hour per week contract.

As a service we operate 24 hours per day, so your duties will include every other weekend and some bank holidays. You will plan shifts to ensure staff support the service user's to enjoy their days with meaningful activities and enhance their daily living skills.

You will be involved in the day to day running of the home supporting the staff you lead, ensuring all daily paperwork is completed correctly, petty cash is signed out and back in throughout the day and reconciling it at the end of the day, schedules are completed and signed off. You will be trained to be competent in administering medication. You will need to be able to multi task and manage your time to achieve what is expected of you as a Senior Support Worker.
