Job Advert Role Description

We are looking for an experienced individual to provide a comprehensive secretarial service to two consultants.

Day to day duties will include, but are not limited to:


Typing medical letters

Pulling task letters from Care Notes

Action tasks for Doctors

Managing referrals

Consulting with hospitals to ensure receipts and track progress of scans and results

Work closely with Administration Coordinator

Manage SAR's

Medical records

Archiving and filing

Manage and update all site records

Cover other Medical Secretaries where required (annual leave and sickness cover)


The role will require you to manage a range of complex duties, organise your own workload to meet deadlines and respond in a professional manner to enquiries both internal and external.

You must have experience in a similar position and have excellent knowledge of medical terms.

Excellent typing skills and time management skills are essential!

Must be able to use own initiative and be a team player.
