Job Advert Role Description

As  Enquiries Co-Ordinator, you will be responsible for supporting both Life Works & Priory Woking to admit clients into treatment.

You will be the first point of contact for our central enquiries team and liaise with them when a new enquiry comes through, you will manage the enquiry all the way through to the final outcome.

You will be expected to carry out formal pre-screenings with potential clients and then liase with the other relevant departments to make a smooth transition and decide suitability for he programme.

You will be responsible for ensuring all Insurance Documents are completed in a timely manner and sent for approval.

You would be pivotal in ensuring the policies and procedures are all implemented and upheld.

The role would support the Admissions Manager with day to day queries. You would work very closely with the clients on an every day basis and the role does include working closely with clients who experience eating disorders & addiction.

This role is part time and would include 30 hours working per week.
