We are looking for a Night Support Worker for our children's home in Rugeley.

As a Night Support Worker, you will be responsible for the care, welfare and safety of the young people during the night.  This role will also involve personal care.

All of our young people have autism and this can present with very challenging behaviours.  Shifts are worked on a 3 week rolling rota covering all weekdays and weekends.

Hours:

A family is 24/7 and so are we. We use a rota system to ensure the young people in our home get the care they need.  Shift times will be worked on a 3 week rolling rota and shift times will be approximately 9.45pm to 8am.

What we’d like from you:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Effective organisational capability
  • Great team player
  • Flexibility to respond to the changing needs of those who we support
  • Strong “can do” attitude.

What we’d like to give you:

  • 33 days annual leave (inclusive of bank holidays)
  • Priory Group Pension
  • Travel Insurance
